Multilingual software, online help and website localization
immediately makes you think of IT specializations, cutting-edge
data extraction techniques, expertise in the detection of bugs,
testing procedures or the latest Internet programs for the Web.
Thus, from the IT expertise of personnel (naturally), to the IT
equipment necessary for various types of localization. With more
than ten years experience in this field, it is not that rare to
find at the international level, companies that have sound experience
in localization. Nevertheless, once this very crucial technical
problem (in know-how and equipment) is resolved, the one involving
the multilingualism, geo-styles and financial nature (price and
production speed) of localization remains! Since June 2004,
when Sascha Leib assumed the responsibility of Eurologos' localization
(after nearly 10 years of international experience in the area),
he has reflected in practical terms about these market problems
and provided us with a rather clear framework for the situation.

It is well known that the English love the beautiful landscapes
and the abundant art in the region. So much so that the Arezzo area
is situated in that which we will henceforth call "Chiantishire",
in the image of the very British Yorkshire and Warwickshire, for
example.
