Five quick and enthusiasm steps
There are five steps to follow, from the beginning to the end, in the application process for the position of Eurologos (and/or Littera Graphis) commercial agent.
The first is that of reading the websites of Eurologos and Littera Graphis attentively (and paying particular attention to the sections concerning "Commercial Agents"). The pre-contractual documents must be read carefully in order to be well prepared for the subsequent interviews. As the services of Eurologos and Littera Graphis are complementary (“glocalized” multilingualism for the former and the Internet and printing for the latter), two contracts will be drawn up for the activities of the commercial agent.
The second step consists of the candidate sending their application with CV and cover letter to Eurologos (and/or Littera Graphis).
The third step will be completed (very quickly as well) when the candidate sales representative has returned – even by e-mail or fax – our “Confidentiality agreement” (which can be found on our website), allowing the candidate to receive confidential information about the Group and its mandate.
The fourth step consists of, after the necessary telephone interviews and correspondence (mostly by e-mail), receiving a model “Commercial Agent contract” so that the candidate can examine it at their convenience.
The fifth step, which can always be completed promptly, consists of a visit – usually of two to three days – to the Eurologos Group’s head office in Brussels, to deepen and personalise our mutual understanding, to sign the contract and to undergo the first stages of training in the departments (which include the beginnings of the permanent coaching).
