And to do so, we always aim to develop a very strict partnership with our clients, based on five crucial points.
Contractual clarity on the quality level and the concern for a lower price
Our EUROLOGOS Quality Contract provides a precise and detailed definition of all aspects of the supply of linguistic and/or multimedia services.
We ask the client to contribute to allow us to deliver quality supplies at the lowest cost, hence at the lowest price and the highest level of competitiveness: a lot depends on choosing the right level of translation, adaptation, or publishing quality really required (no more no less).
The supply of linguistic and graphic quality
The concern for quality at EUROLOGOS is such that it has become structured, over more than thirty years, into a process of production totally dedicated to excellence.
We ask the client to help us in this task by providing us with documentation, texts that have already been translated (even into other languages), and the possibility of receiving technical explanations from specialists and technicians (terminology, glossary and geo-style validation).
The respect for established deadlines
Since EUROLOGOS has a very large international network of offices and handpicked partners, our production capabilities are very high; this allows us to keep our promises in the way of quick execution while guaranteeing the highest level of quality (producing the language where it is spoken).
We ask the client not to maintain a "safety margin" in delivery times so reducing the time available for production: Eurologos always delivers just-in-time, and, at any rate, we inform the client as soon as unexpected difficulties arise (more often than not, even in this case, deadlines are respected).
Ongoing transparency in follow-up and checks
A Total Quality process can only be founded on permanent "traceability" of the different production and control phases of the project at hand.
We ask the client not to worry about the progress of his or her order's production: Eurologos will keep them carefully informed at least once a week with a weekly status report sent by e-mail or fax (in the case of a delivery time of more than five to six days). The status of projects can also be looked up on the Extranet accessible to all clients.
Confidentiality and personalized contact
The outsourcing of translation services remains a strategic requirement for any company as long as confidentiality and total control can be guaranteed.
We ask the client to cultivate a partnership based on a relationship of constructive loyalty: Eurologos works from the outset on the basis of a personalized and strictly confidential rapport of complete understanding (project managers and publishing managers are constantly on the phone).
