Complete film dubbing
Lipping constitutes the total dubbing of the soundtrack of a film for "over" recordings and for character dialogues.
From the word "lip", lipping is achieved by recording in the dubbed languages as many words as those spoken by the characters present.
The difficulty lies in the fact that the oral translation must be as close as possible to the articulation produced in the source language by the lip movements of each character.
The translator and the actors (or singers) performing the dubbing must match their talents to make the viewer forget that this is a dubbing: the translator by preparing a text that is perfectly prepared for lipping, and the speaking artist by reproducing the specific scansion of the character to be dubbed.
In the case of song dubbing (for example, TV series for children), translated texts must also be the fruit of a rhythmic adaptation in order to ensure musical adequacy.
Eurologos prepares, assists and validates all kinds of dubbing.
