Linguistic training of modern companies' personnel involves two main elements:
a. training in language production technology;
b. training to know and master languages plus their possible geo-styles.
While training in language technology is aimed at providing staff with organizational technologies and the mastery of computer equipment specific to linguistic engineering, language training is more directly aimed at increasing the active knowledge of various languages.
