Quality
The last control: the "post mortem"
We present the introduction to our final checks, which we use at the end of each important project in collaboration with the clients themselves.
It is a question of what modern Total Quality management calls "post-mortem."
The goal of having this final evaluation after delivery of the product is to improve the benefits of the partnership between Eurologos and the Client.

EUROLOGOS Total Quality Management

Strategic partnership between Eurologos' Project Managers
and Clients: before, during and after.

Post-mortem analysis with the client. Always very vivid.

Higher quality at lower prices.
Total Quality Management requires that we never stop improving. In order to do so, nothing is more useful - and vivid - than an analysis, known to modern management as "post-mortem", at the end of each project. In effect, client responses allow us to subsequently detect any weaknesses and errors to be avoided, or technical procedures that can be even slightly improved. The partnership between Eurologos and its clients increases the quality and decreases the costs of the product (and therefore the price!).

Rembrandt van Rijn (1606 - 1669) Anatomy Lesson
It is due to the general practice of post-mortem analysis that medicine has become modern and has been truly able to improve.

Having completed the project, Eurologos proceeds to a case analysis in order to continue and improve the quality of all its services.

A partnership of continuity to gain loyalty.
The final revision analysis also serves to perfect the harmony between teams in order to make them more efficient. In addition, it is not even necessary to have a meeting; it is just as easy to do the analysis and evaluation in writing or by telephone. It is also possible to do post-mortem analyses periodically rather than at the end of each case. (Quick!) meetings are preferable if we do not know each other personally and reinforcing (or creating) mutual confidence is advised.

Eurologos traceability, even after the fact, for successful education.
Post-mortem analysis does not mean rooting out faults (on one side or another). It often means noting (often quickly and candidly) the validity of an already completed project. After critical revision, the possibility remains, in any case, to celebrate work well done. This is what is called "the irreplaceable education of victory".
Remember if success is beneficial, it is also contagious.
