A "Eurologos Procedures Manual" for all offices
As is well known, the complete success of a project begins before its starts. At Eurologos, it could be said that a long period of preparation and globalization on four continents was necessary in order to create the "prerequisites" for Total Quality production. All production contractualization, control, validation and communication standards used in Eurologos offices are included in our Procedures Manual.
The latter is more than 400 pages long and contains 11 sections:
