Eurologos maintains a register of the traffic on our site. We do not connect the information collected in these registry files for personal identification information. The registry files are used to manage traffic levels and IT requisites in order to provide a dependable service. The collected information includes IP addresses and browser types.
Feedback
We collect feedback from users and we select statements that appear on the site taken from our feedback form, but only after having duly informed and obtained permission from the senders.
Accessing/correcting/updating/deleting user information
Private users can access, update, correct or delete the personal information held by Eurologos by clicking on the "My account" link or by contacting the Eurologos confidentiality program department. Users may cancel their accounts by going to the “How to update your status and automatic renewal” page. We will respond to your request as soon as possible and in no case will we take over 30 days to respond to your request.
Secured information
All the information gathered on the site is stored in secured areas that limit access to only authorized personnel. The Eurologos websites are regularly tested for flaws in security to ensure that all the collected information cannot be viewed by non-authorized personnel.
Adolescents
EUROLOGOS neither solicits nor knowingly collects personal data provided by adolescents (under 18) or concerning adolescents without consent from a parent or a guardian and does not knowingly market its services to adolescents.
If EUROLOGOS comes to learn that a person submitting personal data via part of the EUROLOGOS website, was an adolescent and that a parental agreement had not been provided beforehand, EUROLOGOS shall do everything in its power for to erase the data as quickly as possible from its files. EUROLOGOS will also take every possible reasonable action to make sure this personal data will not be used to any ends or communicated to a third party.
If a parent asks to examine or to erase data in connection with their child before EUROLOGOS takes notice of the facts and deletes the data, it goes without saying that we will reply favorably to this request. In this case, we invite the parents to contact us via e-mail.

For reasons concerning the protection of privacy, you will be asked to provide proof of your identity.
You can also, on simple request, receive an explanation concerning the treatment of your Personal Data and obtain confirmation that all the parties concerned have been advised of your requests for information or according to the case, for modification or cancellation. EUROLOGOS will do everything in its power to meet your requirements.
Withholding information
Eurologos will keep personal data for the period during which our services are used, and after that, for a reasonable time period.
Limitation clause
We reserve ourselves the right to disclose any personally identifiable information, as is imposed by law, and when we deem the disclosure necessary to protect our rights and/or answer a legal procedure, a request from the courts or a legal procedure made known on our website
