1. From a tiny company in the 1980s to a multinational "Glocal" group in the new millennium.
We have over twenty-five years of experience in the production of linguistic services and multimedia publishing. We have thus been through all of the developmental stages of a small local company wishing to become an international multilingual editing group with the latest high-tech equipment. In fact, at the end of the 1980s, EUROLOGOS was itself still one of the countless "letterbox" agencies on the market. However, conscious of this disabling situation, we quickly founded our first pre-press subsidiary (1989, Littera Graphis) and our first linguistic subsidiary in Antwerp for Dutch, the first in a long series.

2. Translation and terminology for corporate technolects.
From a translation point of view, we are thus beyond the primitive craft of the small "letterbox" agencies, and are using Translation Memory Systems that are set up in the terminology centres in our international offices. We have of course not given up on translators' specialties, as long as they are real!
In addition, all translation companies obviously try
to only use specialized translators. It is however, unrealistic to have à la carte translators who know all the technical terminology (obviously super specialized) of all the areas that can be translated. Unfortunately, this is not really very common!

3. "Glocal" publishing via Intranet and Extranet. Where the languages are spoken.
From an editing point of view, having developed a multimedia infographics subsidiary and published several professional books, written by our managers in a number of languages, we have quickly achieved an advanced high-tech level by using Intranet and Extranet networks.

4. A worldwide network, despite the traditional megalophobia of linguists.
Remaining loyal to the principle that a language should be produced where it is spoken, we will go on developing the EUROLOGOS Group "glocally" for a long time to come, throughout the whole logosphere, where the languages are spoken, of course.
